About Me

Who am I?

Hey there, my name is Devon. I am a Game Designer with a sharp eye. While programming through the nitty gritty backend of my games, I have always kept in mind the aesthetic and usability of the software. I have a diverse history from researching innovative game concepts to testing high performance race cars, but when it comes down to it, I love designing a beautiful interface that makes sense to any user.

That aside, I have a passion for building and racing cars. I also have a long musical history, including playing bassoon in classical orchestras.

I use my knowledge from my degree to think up interesting game concepts, design user experiences, and analyze the data of the latest popular games.

My background includes game design, playtesting, 3D modeling, management, programming, and research. I am passionate about the development process and enjoy organizing, scheduling, and monitoring the process toward a tangible end goal. I look forward to keeping a positive work environment by encouraging my team and clearly communicating cross-team. Read more about my background below.

My goal is to become a lead game designer or project manager, leading my team to the development of the next big title. I am working toward this goal by expanding my experience in mobile and design, and researching all genres of games.
